Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Architecture LLC, we are committed to providing top-tier architectural planning services, custom home architectural design services, and residential interior design services. Because our work involves custom intellectual property, dedicated technical labor, and specialized design deliverables, refund eligibility is governed by the guidelines detailed below.

2. Initial Consultations & Retainers

Initial design consultations and project retainers reserve dedicated team hours and preliminary site evaluation resources:

• Consultation Fees: Fees paid for initial on-site or virtual consultations are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
• Project Deposit / Retainer: Initial project retainers are refundable (minus a 10% administrative fee) only if a written cancellation request is received prior to the kickoff meeting or commencement of preliminary design drafts.

3. Architectural & Design Services

Due to the customized nature of architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and spatial planning for office interior design services or sustainable landscape design services:

• In-Progress Work: Once schematic design work, CAD drafting, or site survey work has commenced, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis corresponding to the percentage of uncompleted project milestones.
• Completed Milestones: Once a project phase or design draft (e.g., Concept Design, Permit Drawings, Final Construction Documents) has been approved and delivered, payments for that completed milestone are non-refundable.
• Custom Products & Furniture: Custom-designed or specially ordered items sourced via custom furniture design services through third-party vendors are subject to individual vendor cancellation and refund terms.

4. Revisions & Scope Amendments

We work closely with clients to refine concepts and align with design expectations. Each project contract includes a set number of design revision rounds. Additional revisions requested beyond the agreed-upon contract scope are billed separately and are non-refundable once completed.

5. Third-Party & Permit Delays

Architecture LLC is not liable for project delays, design modifications, or additional expenses resulting from municipal zoning reviews, permit approval processes, or site contractor modifications. Fees paid for permit submittals and local authority approvals are strictly non-refundable.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or cancel an ongoing project agreement under eligible terms, please follow these steps:

• Submit a formal written request via email to info@architecturellc.online stating your full name, project address, and reason for cancellation.
• Our management team will review your account status and evaluate completed deliverables within 5–7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
