1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Architecture LLC. By accessing our website, utilizing our digital platforms, or engaging in professional design contracts with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, please refrain from using our services or website.

2. Scope of Architectural & Design Services

Architecture LLC provides high-end architectural planning services, custom home architectural design services, residential interior design services, and sustainable landscape design services. Specific deliverables, design phases, timelines, and payment structures will be detailed in individual client Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All architectural blueprints, CAD drawings, 3D renderings, schematics, photography, text, and original concepts created by Architecture LLC remain our sole intellectual property. Upon full payment of all agreed-upon project fees:

• The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final design deliverables solely for the specified property project.
• Designs, drawings, or documentation may not be resold, modified, or reused for additional property developments without prior written authorization from Architecture LLC.

4. Client Responsibilities & Site Access

To ensure timely execution of architectural planning and design milestones, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate property details, boundary surveys, utility locations, and existing structural specifications.
• Grant authorized project personnel access to the site for field measurements, inspections, and surveys.
• Review and approve design deliverables within agreed turnaround times to maintain execution schedules.

5. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Payment terms are detailed in individual project proposals and client contracts. Standard billing conditions include:

• An initial non-refundable deposit/retainer is required before commencement of preliminary design work.
• Milestone payments are due upon delivery of specified project phases (e.g., Concept Design, Permit Drawings, Final Construction Documents).
• Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing design work or delayed submittals for local permit reviews.

6. Permits, Zoning, and Municipal Compliance

While Architecture LLC designs structures in compliance with local building codes and zoning ordinances, final permit approvals rest with local municipal authorities. Architecture LLC is not liable for structural delays, modifications, or rejections caused by changing zoning laws, municipal board reviews, or site contractor deviations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Architecture LLC, its partners, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site construction errors, third-party contractor misinterpretation of drawings, or delays outside of our direct control.

8. Modifications to Terms

Architecture LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.
